1. About Our Services

Learn The Psych provides educational and training services relating to psychology and allied areas. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Psychology coaching and entrance-examination preparation
• Academic and subject-specific coaching
• Online and offline classes
• Workshops, webinars and seminars
• Study materials and educational resources
• Recorded lectures and digital learning content
• Mentorship and academic guidance
• Training programmes and internships, where specifically offered
• Assessments, assignments, mock examinations and other learning activities

The exact features, duration, curriculum, schedule, mode of delivery and inclusions of each programme will be communicated on the relevant programme page or at the time of enrolment.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering for any Learn The Psych programme.

If a programme has specific eligibility requirements, it is the student's responsibility to ensure that they satisfy those requirements before enrolling.

Where a student is below the age of 18, registration and participation may require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Learn The Psych reserves the right to refuse or cancel an enrolment where the information provided is materially inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received and the registration requirements, if any, have been completed.

Fees, discounts, instalment arrangements and other commercial terms applicable to a programme will be as displayed or communicated at the time of enrolment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment of a fee does not guarantee admission to, selection for, or success in any external examination, university, programme, employment opportunity, internship or professional registration.

4. Course Schedule and Changes

Learn The Psych makes reasonable efforts to conduct programmes according to the published schedule.

However, we reserve the right to reasonably modify:

• class timings;
• faculty or mentors;
• session dates;
• course sequence;
• teaching methodology;
• course content;
• platform or mode of delivery; or
• other operational arrangements,

where necessary due to academic, administrative, technical or unforeseen circumstances.

Where a material change substantially affects a programme, Learn The Psych will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students.

5. Attendance and Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

• attending scheduled classes;
• completing assignments and assessments;
• following academic instructions;
• maintaining appropriate conduct;
• maintaining their own internet/device requirements for online classes;
• keeping login credentials secure; and
• making reasonable efforts to complete the programme.

Learn The Psych is not responsible for a student's failure to participate due to personal circumstances, incompatible devices, inadequate internet connectivity or failure to follow communicated instructions.

6. Online Classes and Technical Issues

For online programmes, students are responsible for having suitable internet connectivity, devices, software and other technical requirements.

Temporary interruptions caused by internet failures, platform problems, power outages, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

Where reasonably possible, Learn The Psych may provide an alternative class, recording, rescheduled session or other reasonable solution.

7. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by Learn The Psych, including but not limited to:

• video lectures;
• recorded classes;
• PDFs;
• notes;
• presentations;
• question banks;
• mock tests;
• assignments;
• worksheets;
• graphics;
• logos;
• written content;
• audio/video content; and
• other educational resources

are owned by or licensed to Learn The Psych and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, students may not:

• reproduce or redistribute course materials;
• sell or commercially exploit course materials;
• upload materials to public websites or social-media platforms;
• share paid course access with other persons;
• record live classes for redistribution;
• copy or reproduce substantial portions of the course;
• use Learn The Psych materials to create competing commercial courses; or
• remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

Limited personal use of course materials for the student's own educational purposes is permitted while the student has legitimate access to the programme.

8. Account and Login Security

Where an online account or learning platform is provided, login credentials are intended for the registered student only.

Sharing accounts or credentials may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law and the specific refund policy.

Students must promptly inform Learn The Psych if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour towards faculty, mentors, staff and other students.

The following may result in suspension or termination of access:

• harassment or bullying;
• abusive or threatening behaviour;
• discriminatory conduct;
• impersonation;
• cheating or academic dishonesty;
• unauthorized recording or distribution of classes;
• sharing login credentials;
• unauthorized commercial use of course materials;
• disruption of classes;
• fraudulent activity; or
• any conduct that materially harms the institute, faculty or other students.

Where access is terminated because of serious misconduct, fees will not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

10. Academic Integrity

Students must complete examinations, assignments, tests and other academic activities honestly.

Learn The Psych may take appropriate action in cases of plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, unauthorized collaboration or other academic misconduct.

Any certificate or completion recognition issued on the basis of fraudulent or materially dishonest participation may be withdrawn.

11. Certificates

Where a programme includes a certificate, eligibility for the certificate will depend on the requirements specified for that particular programme.

Completion of a Learn The Psych course or receipt of a certificate does not by itself:

• confer a university degree;
• confer a statutory professional licence;
• constitute registration with a regulatory authority;
• authorize independent clinical practice where such authorization is legally required; or
• guarantee employment, admission or professional advancement.

Students should independently verify the eligibility and regulatory requirements applicable to their intended career or professional pathway.

12. Educational Disclaimer

Learn The Psych provides educational and coaching services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our programmes are not medical, psychiatric, psychological treatment or emergency mental-health services.

Educational information provided through our programmes should not be treated as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.

Students should seek appropriate professional assistance where they require clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.

13. Results and Outcomes

Learn The Psych may provide academic guidance, preparation strategies, study materials, mock tests, mentoring and other educational support.

However, individual results depend on several factors, including preparation, attendance, prior knowledge, examination difficulty and individual circumstances.

Accordingly, Learn The Psych does not guarantee:

• examination scores;
• admission to a particular institution;
• selection in an entrance examination;
• employment;
• internship selection;
• professional registration; or
• any particular academic or career outcome,

unless a specific written guarantee is expressly provided and legally permissible.

14. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our services may use third-party platforms for payments, video conferencing, learning management, communication or other functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Learn The Psych is not responsible for policies or failures of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

15. Payments and Refunds
